2 Fii gata dis-de-dimineaţă şi suie-te de dimineaţă pe muntele Sinai(A); să stai acolo înaintea Mea, pe vârful muntelui. 3 Nimeni să nu se suie cu tine şi nimeni să nu se arate pe tot muntele(B), şi nici boi, nici oi să nu pască pe lângă muntele acesta.” 4 Moise a tăiat două table de piatră ca şi cele dintâi; s-a sculat dis-de-dimineaţă şi s-a suit pe muntele Sinai, după cum îi poruncise Domnul, şi a luat în mână cele două table de piatră.

2 Be ready in the morning, and then come up on Mount Sinai.(A) Present yourself to me there on top of the mountain. 3 No one is to come with you or be seen anywhere on the mountain;(B) not even the flocks and herds may graze in front of the mountain.”
4 So Moses chiseled(C) out two stone tablets like the first ones and went up Mount Sinai early in the morning, as the Lord had commanded him; and he carried the two stone tablets in his hands.(D)
