3 Tu fabriqueras des récipients destinés à recueillir les cendres grasses, des pelles, des bassines[a], des fourchettes et des brasiers[b]. Tous ces ustensiles seront en bronze. 4 Tu muniras l’autel d’une grille faite d’un treillis de bronze ; tu y fixeras quatre anneaux de bronze aux quatre coins. 5 Tu le placeras sous la bordure de l’autel, depuis le bas jusqu’à mi-hauteur de l’autel.

3 And thou shalt make his pans to receive his ashes, and his shovels, and his basons, and his fleshhooks, and his firepans: all the vessels thereof thou shalt make of brass.
4 And thou shalt make for it a grate of network of brass; and upon the net shalt thou make four brasen rings in the four corners thereof.
5 And thou shalt put it under the compass of the altar beneath, that the net may be even to the midst of the altar.

3 Make all its utensils of bronze—its pots to remove the ashes, and its shovels, sprinkling bowls,(A) meat forks and firepans.(B) 4 Make a grating for it, a bronze network, and make a bronze ring at each of the four corners of the network. 5 Put it under the ledge of the altar so that it is halfway up the altar.
