30 And Mordecai sent letters to all the Jews, to (A)the one hundred and twenty-seven provinces of the kingdom of Ahasuerus, with words of peace and truth, 31 to confirm these days of Purim at their appointed time, as Mordecai the Jew and Queen Esther had prescribed for them, and as they had decreed for themselves and their descendants concerning matters of their (B)fasting and lamenting. 32 So the decree of Esther confirmed these matters of Purim, and it was written in the book.

30 And Mordecai sent letters to all the Jews in the 127 provinces(A) of Xerxes’ kingdom—words of goodwill and assurance— 31 to establish these days of Purim at their designated times, as Mordecai the Jew and Queen Esther had decreed for them, and as they had established for themselves and their descendants in regard to their times of fasting(B) and lamentation.(C) 32 Esther’s decree confirmed these regulations about Purim, and it was written down in the records.

31 To confirm these days of Purim in their times appointed, according as Mordecai the Jew and Esther the queen had enjoined them, and as they had decreed for themselves and for their seed, the matters of the fastings and their cry.
32 And the decree of Esther confirmed these matters of Purim; and it was written in the book.
