9 Masters,[a] treat your slaves[b] the same way,[c] giving up the use of threats,[d] because you know that both you and they have the same master in heaven,[e] and there is no favoritism with him.
Exhortations for Spiritual Warfare
10 Finally, be strengthened in the Lord and in the strength of his power. 11 Clothe yourselves with the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand against the schemes[f] of the devil.

- Ephesians 6:9 tn Though the Greek text only has αὐτούς (autous, “them”), the antecedent is the slaves of the masters. Therefore, it was translated this way to make it explicit in English.
