Deuteronomy 4:13-15

13 (A)So He declared to you His covenant which He commanded you to perform, (B)the Ten Commandments; and (C)He wrote them on two tablets of stone. 14 And (D)the Lord commanded me at that time to teach you statutes and judgments, that you might [a]observe them in the land which you cross over to possess.
