Deuteronomy 4:25-27

²⁵ “When you shall bear children and children’s children and shall have remained long in the land, if you corrupt yourselves and make any graven image out of anything and work evil in the sight of the LORD your God, to provoke Him to anger,

²⁶ “I call Heaven and Earth to record against you this day, that you shall shortly perish from the land to which you go over Jordan to possess. You shall not prolong your days there, but shall be utterly destroyed.

²⁷ “And the LORD shall scatter you among the people. And you shall be left few in number among the nations where the LORD shall bring you.
