Deuteronomy 34:3-5

³ and the ^[a]Negev and the plain in the valley of Jericho, ^(A)the city of palm trees, as far as Zoar. ⁴ Then the Lord said to him, “This is the land which ^(B)I swore to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, ‘I will give it to your ^[b]descendants’; I have let you see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there.” ⁵ So Moses ^(C)the servant of the Lord ^(D)died there in the land of Moab, according to the ^[c]word of the Lord.
