Deuteronomy 32:39-41

³⁹ ‘Behold now. For I, I am He. And there are no gods with Me. I kill and give life. I wound. And I make whole. Nor is there anyone who can deliver out of My hand.

⁴⁰ ‘For I lift up My hand to Heaven, and say, ‘I live forever.

⁴¹ ‘If I whet My glittering sword, and My hand takes hold on judgment, I will execute vengeance on My enemies, and will reward those who hate Me.
