^6 (A)Be strong and courageous, ^(B)do not be afraid or in dread of them, for ^(C)the Lord your God is the One who is going with you. ^(D)He will not desert you or abandon you.”

^17 (A)Then My anger will be kindled against them on that day, and ^(B)I will abandon them and ^(C)hide My face from them, and they will be consumed, and many evils and troubles will find them; so they will say on that day, ‘^(D)Is it not because our God is not among us that these evils have found us?’

^5 (A)No one will be able to oppose you all the days of your life. Just as I have been with Moses, I will be with you; ^(B)I will not desert you nor abandon you.

²² For ^(A)the Lord will not abandon His people ^(B)on account of His great name, because the Lord ^(C)has been pleased to make you a people for Himself.

^31 (A)What then shall we say to these things? ^(B)If God is for us, who is against us?

⁵ Make sure that your character is ^(A)free from the love of money, ^(B)being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, “^(C)I will never desert you, nor will I ever abandon you,”
