Deuteronomy 29:7-9

New International Version

⁷ When you reached this place, Sihon^(A) king of Heshbon^(B) and Og king of Bashan came out to fight against us, but we defeated them.^{(C) 8} We took their land and gave it as an inheritance^(D) to the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh.^(E)

⁹ Carefully follow^(F) the terms of this covenant,^(G) so that you may prosper in everything you do.^(H)
