⁴ For when Solomon was old, his wives turned his heart away ^[a]to follow other gods; and ^(A)his heart was not ^[b]wholly devoted to the Lord his God, as the heart of his father David had been.

³ “Please, Lord, just ^(A)remember ^(B)how I have walked before You wholeheartedly and in truth, and have done what is good in Your sight!” And ^(C)Hezekiah wept ^[a]profusely.
