Daniel 2:10-12
Legacy Standard Bible
10 The Chaldeans answered [a]the king and said, “There is not a man on earth who is able to declare the matter [b]for the king, inasmuch as no great king or powerful ruler has ever asked about a matter like this of any [c](A)magician, conjurer, or Chaldean. 11 Moreover, the matter which the king asks is [d]difficult, and there is no one else who could declare it [e]to the king except (B)gods, whose (C)dwelling place is not with flesh.”
12 Because of this the king became (D)indignant and very furious and said for them to destroy all the wise men of Babylon.

10 The astrologers(A) answered the king, “There is no one on earth who can do what the king asks! No king, however great and mighty, has ever asked such a thing of any magician or enchanter or astrologer.(B) 11 What the king asks is too difficult. No one can reveal it to the king except the gods,(C) and they do not live among humans.”
12 This made the king so angry and furious(D) that he ordered the execution(E) of all the wise men of Babylon.
