²¹And Daniel ^[a]continued until the ^(A)first year of Cyrus the king.

Daniel 1:21

New International Version

²¹And Daniel remained there until the first year of King Cyrus.^(A)

²⁸So this ^(A)Daniel enjoyed success in the kingdom of Darius and in the kingdom of ^(B)Cyrus the Persian.

²⁸So Daniel prospered during the reign of Darius and the reign of Cyrus^[a]^(A) the Persian.^(B)
