7 La primera criatura parecía un león, la segunda un toro, la tercera tenía rostro como de un ser humano y la cuarta parecía un águila.[a] 8 Cada una de las criaturas tenía seis alas y su cuerpo estaba cubierto de ojos. Ni de noche ni de día dejaban de decir:
«¡Santo, santo, santo
es el Señor Dios Todopoderoso,
el que era y es y viene!»
9 Todo el tiempo, las criaturas daban gloria, honor y gracias al que estaba sentado en el trono y que vive para siempre.

7 The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle.(A) 8 Each of the four living creatures(B) had six wings(C) and was covered with eyes all around,(D) even under its wings. Day and night(E) they never stop saying:
9 Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne(H) and who lives for ever and ever,(I)
