6 Şi(A) am auzit ca un glas de gloată multă, ca vuietul unor ape multe, ca bubuitul unor tunete puternice, care zicea: „Aleluia! Domnul(B), Dumnezeul nostru Cel Atotputernic, a început să împărăţească. 7 Să ne bucurăm, să ne veselim şi să-I dăm slavă! Căci a(C) venit nunta Mielului; soţia Lui s-a pregătit 8 şi i s-a dat(D) să se îmbrace cu in subţire, strălucitor şi curat.” (Inul(E) subţire sunt faptele neprihănite ale sfinţilor.)

6 Am auzit ceva ca glasul unei mari mulţimi, ca vuietul multor ape şi ca sunetul unor tunete puternice, spunând:
„Aleluia!
Pentru că Domnul, Dumnezeul nostru cel Atotputernic împărăţeşte!
7 Să ne bucurăm, să ne veselim
şi să-I dăm slavă,
pentru că nunta Mielului a sosit,
iar mireasa Lui s-a pregătit[a].
8 I s-a dat să se îmbrace
în in fin, strălucitor şi curat.“
Inul fin reprezintă faptele drepte ale sfinţilor.

“Hallelujah!(C)
For our Lord God Almighty(D) reigns.(E)
7 Let us rejoice and be glad
and give him glory!(F)
For the wedding of the Lamb(G) has come,
and his bride(H) has made herself ready.
8 Fine linen,(I) bright and clean,
was given her to wear.”
(Fine linen stands for the righteous acts(J) of God’s holy people.)
