³⁴ Therefore I urge you to take some food, for it will help you survive, for none of you will lose a hair from your heads.”^(A)

³⁰ And even the hairs of your head are all counted.^(A)

⁵² So Solomon responded, “If he proves to be a worthy man, not one of his hairs shall fall to the ground, but if wickedness is found in him, he shall die.”^(A)

¹⁸ But not a hair of your head will perish.^(A)

² “I have compassion for the crowd because they have been with me now for three days and have nothing to eat.^{(A) 3} If I send them away hungry to their homes, they will faint on the way—and some of them have come from a great distance.”

²³ No longer drink only water, but take a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent ailments.

⁷ But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not be afraid; you are of more value than many sparrows.^(A)

⁵ Let the same mind be in you that was^[a] in Christ Jesus,^(A)

Feeding the Four Thousand

³² Then Jesus called his disciples to him and said, “I have compassion for the crowd because they have been with me now for three days and have nothing to eat, and I do not want to send them away hungry, for they might faint on the way.”^(A)
