²³ Though he was delivered up according to God’s determined plan and foreknowledge, you used^[a] lawless people to nail him to a cross and kill him.^(A)

⁴² He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one appointed by God to be the judge of the living and the dead.^(A)

²⁶ From one man^[a] he has made every nationality to live over the whole earth and has determined their appointed times and the boundaries of where they live.^(A)
