¹⁹ After Herod had searched and did not find him, he interrogated the guards and ordered their execution. Then Herod went down from Judea to Caesarea and stayed there.^(A)

³ The next day we put in at Sidon, and Julius treated Paul kindly and allowed him to go to his friends to receive their care.^(A)

²² Now I urge you to take courage, because there will be no loss of any of your lives, but only of the ship.
