Det skall ätas samma dag som ni offrar det eller följande dag. Det som blir över till tredje dagen skall brännas upp i eld. Om det äts på tredje dagen, är det en styggelse och blir inte mottaget. Den som äter av det måste bära sin skuld, ty han har ohelgat det som var helgat åt Herren, och han skall utrotas ur sitt folk.
