2 Chronicles 32:24-26

^24 (A)In those days Hezekiah became sick to the point of death; and he prayed to Yahweh, and ^[a]Yahweh spoke to him and gave him a miraculous sign. ²⁵ But Hezekiah gave no return for the benefit ^[b]he received, ^(B)because his heart was ^[c]proud; ^(C)therefore wrath came on him and on Judah and Jerusalem. ²⁶ However, ^(D)Hezekiah ^[d]humbled the pride of his heart, both he and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that the wrath of Yahweh did not come on them in the days of Hezekiah.
