2 Timothy 3:7-9

⁷always learning and never able ^(A)to come to the knowledge of the truth. ⁸^(B)Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: ^(C)men of corrupt minds, ^(D)disapproved concerning the faith; ⁹but they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all, ^(E)as theirs also was.

They are men of depraved minds,^(D) who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. ⁹But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men,^(E) their folly will be clear to everyone.
