Suia plângând şi cu capul(A) acoperit şi mergea cu picioarele goale(B), şi toţi cei ce erau cu el şi-au acoperit(C) şi ei capul şi suiau plângând(D). 31 Au venit şi au spus lui David: „Ahitofel(E) este împreună cu Absalom printre uneltitori.” Şi David a zis: „Doamne, nimiceşte(F) sfaturile lui Ahitofel!” 32 Când a ajuns David pe vârf, unde s-a închinat înaintea lui Dumnezeu, iată că Huşai, Architul, a venit înaintea lui, cu haina sfâşiată(G) şi capul acoperit cu ţărână.

30 But David continued up the Mount of Olives, weeping(A) as he went; his head(B) was covered and he was barefoot. All the people with him covered their heads too and were weeping as they went up. 31 Now David had been told, “Ahithophel(C) is among the conspirators with Absalom.” So David prayed, “Lord, turn Ahithophel’s counsel into foolishness.”
32 When David arrived at the summit, where people used to worship God, Hushai(D) the Arkite(E) was there to meet him, his robe torn and dust(F) on his head.

30 So David went up by the Ascent of the Mount of Olives, and wept as he went up; and he (A)had his head covered and went (B)barefoot. And all the people who were with him (C)covered their heads and went up, (D)weeping as they went up. 31 Then someone told David, saying, (E)“Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom.” And David said, “O Lord, I pray, (F)turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness!”
32 Now it happened when David had come to the top of the mountain, where he worshiped God—there was Hushai the (G)Archite coming to meet him (H)with his robe torn and dust on his head.
