⁴ Now Mesha the king of Moab was a sheep breeder, and he ^(A)used to make tribute payments to the king of Israel of a hundred thousand lambs, and the wool of a hundred thousand rams.

¹⁷ with this money, therefore, you shall diligently buy bulls, rams, and lambs, ^(A)with their grain offerings and their drink offerings, and ^(B)offer them on the altar of the house of your God which is in Jerusalem.
