⁶ Then ^(A)they captured the king and ^(B)brought him up to the king of Babylon at ^(C)Riblah, and he ^[a]passed sentence on him. ⁷ And ^(D)they slaughtered the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes, then ^(E)put out Zedekiah’s eyes and bound him with bronze shackles, and brought him to Babylon.

⁶ Then the ^(A)king of Babylon slaughtered the sons of Zedekiah ^(B)before his eyes at Riblah; the king of Babylon also slaughtered all the ^(C)nobles of Judah. ⁷ He then ^(D)blinded Zedekiah’s eyes and bound him in ^(E)shackles of bronze to bring him to ^(F)Babylon.
