32 So they feared the Lord, (A)and from every class they appointed for themselves priests of the [a]high places, who sacrificed for them in the shrines of the high places. 33 (B)They feared the Lord, yet served their own gods—according to the rituals of the nations from among whom they were carried away.
34 To this day they continue practicing the former rituals; they do not fear the Lord, nor do they follow their statutes or their ordinances, or the law and commandment which the Lord had commanded the children of Jacob, (C)whom He named Israel,

32 (A)They also feared the Lord (B)and appointed from among themselves all sorts of people as priests of the high places, who sacrificed for them in the shrines of (C)the high places. 33 So they feared the Lord but also served their own gods, after the manner of the nations from among whom they had been carried away.
34 To this day they do according to the former manner. They do not fear the Lord, and they do not follow the statutes or the rules or the law or the commandment that the Lord commanded the children of Jacob, (D)whom he named Israel.
