¹³ Yet the ^(A)Lord warned Israel and Judah ^[a](B)through all His prophets and ^(C)every seer, saying, “^(D)Turn back from your evil ways and keep My commandments and My statutes in accordance with all the Law which I commanded your fathers, and which I sent to you ^[b]through My servants the prophets.”

¹⁴ However, they did not listen, but ^(A)stiffened their neck ^[a]like their fathers, who did not believe in the Lord their God.

³ and he sees the sword coming upon the land and ^(A)blows the ^[a]horn and warns the people,

⁹ But if you on your part warn a wicked person to turn from his way and he ^(A)does not turn from his way, he will die for his wrongdoing, but you have ^(B)saved your life.
