13 Ito ang ikatlong pagkakataong pupunta ako sa inyo. Sa bibig ng dalawa o tatlong saksi ang lahat ng bagayay mapagtitibay.
2 Sinabi ko na sa inyo noon at aking ipinapaunang-sabi na parang ako ay naririyan sa inyo sa ikalawang pagkakataon. Ngayong wala ako riyan, sumusulat ako sa mga nagkasala noon at sa lahat. Sa pagpunta ko, hindi ko palalampasin ang mga nagkasala. 3 Yaman ngang naghahanap kayo ng katibayan ng pagsasalita sa akin ni Cristo na para sa inyo ay hindi mahina kundi makapangyarihan sa inyo. 4 Ito ay sapagkat kung sa kahinaan, siya ay ipinako sa krus, siya naman ay nabubuhay sa kapangyarihan ng Diyos. Ito ay sapagkat sa kaniya tayo ay totoong mahina, ngunit mabubuhay tayong kasama niya sa kapangyarihan ng Diyos sa inyo.
5 Suriin ninyo ang inyong sarili kung kayo ay nasa pananampalataya, subukin ninyo ang inyong sarili. Hindi ba ninyo kinikilala ang inyong sarili, na si Cristo ay nasa inyo, maliban na lang kung kayo ay mga itinakwil? 6 Inaasahan ko na malalaman ninyo na tayo ay mga hindi itinakwil. 7 Idinadalangin ko sa Diyos na huwag kayong gumawa ng anumang masama. Ito ay hindi upang kami ay maging karapat-dapat, subalit magawa ninyo ang tama kahit na kami ay tulad ng mga itinakwil. 8 Ito ay sapagkat wala kaming kapangyarihan laban sa katotohanan kundipara sa katotohanan. 9 Ito ay sapagkat kami ay nagagalak kung kami ay mahina at kayo ay malakas. Hinahangad din namin ang inyong pagiging-ganap. 10 Sumusulat ako sa inyo ngayon upang sa aking pagdating ay hindi ako maging marahas sa inyo ayon sa kapamahalaan na ibinigay ng Panginoon sa akin para sa inyong ikatitibay at hindi sa inyong ikawawasak.

11 Sa katapusan, mga kapatid, paalam. Maging ganap kayo, magkaroon kayo ng lakas ng loob, magkaisa kayo ng pag-iisip. Mamuhay kayo ng payapa. At ang Diyos ng pag-ibig at ng kapayapaan ang sumainyo.
12 Batiin ninyo ang isa’t isa ng banal na halik. 13 Ang lahat ng mga banal ay bumabati sa inyo.
14 Ang biyaya ng Panginoong Jesucristo at ang pag-ibig ng Diyos at ang pakikipag-isa ng Banal na Espiritu ang sumainyong lahat. Siya nawa!

Final Warnings
13 (A)This is the third time I am coming to you. Every charge must be established (B)by the evidence of two or three witnesses. 2 (C)I warned (D)those who sinned before and all the others, and I warn them now while absent, as I did when present on my second visit, that (E)if I come again I will not spare them— 3 since you seek proof that Christ (F)is speaking in me. He is not weak in dealing with you, but (G)is powerful among you. 4 For (H)he was crucified in weakness, but (I)lives by the power of God. For (J)we also are weak in him, but in dealing with you (K)we will live with him by the power of God.
5 Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. (L)Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that (M)Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test! 6 I hope you will find out that we have not failed the test. 7 But we pray to God that you may not do wrong—not that we may appear to have met the test, but that you may do what is right, though we may seem to have failed. 8 For we cannot do anything against the truth, but only for the truth. 9 For we are glad when (N)we are weak and you are strong. Your (O)restoration is what we pray for. 10 For this reason I write these things while I am away from you, that when I come (P)I may not have to be (Q)severe in my use of (R)the authority that the Lord has given me for building up and not for tearing down.

11 Finally, brothers,[a] rejoice. (S)Aim for restoration, comfort one another,[b] (T)agree with one another, (U)live in peace; and the God of love and (V)peace will be with you. 12 (W)Greet one another with a holy kiss. 13 (X)All the saints greet you.
14 (Y)The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and (Z)the love of God and (AA)the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

Final Warnings
13 This will be my third visit to you.(A) “Every matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.”[a](B) 2 I already gave you a warning when I was with you the second time. I now repeat it while absent:(C) On my return I will not spare(D) those who sinned earlier(E) or any of the others, 3 since you are demanding proof that Christ is speaking through me.(F) He is not weak in dealing with you, but is powerful among you. 4 For to be sure, he was crucified in weakness,(G) yet he lives by God’s power.(H) Likewise, we are weak(I) in him, yet by God’s power we will live with him(J) in our dealing with you.
5 Examine yourselves(K) to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves.(L) Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you(M)—unless, of course, you fail the test? 6 And I trust that you will discover that we have not failed the test. 7 Now we pray to God that you will not do anything wrong—not so that people will see that we have stood the test but so that you will do what is right even though we may seem to have failed. 8 For we cannot do anything against the truth, but only for the truth. 9 We are glad whenever we are weak(N) but you are strong;(O) and our prayer is that you may be fully restored.(P) 10 This is why I write these things when I am absent, that when I come I may not have to be harsh(Q) in my use of authority—the authority the Lord gave me for building you up, not for tearing you down.(R)
