⁸ Finally, brethren, ^(A)whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is ^[a]lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, ^[b]dwell on these things.

^12 (A)Keep your behavior excellent among the Gentiles, so that in the thing in which they ^(B)slander you as evildoers, they may ^[a]because of your good deeds, as they observe them, ^(C)glorify God ^(D)in the day of ^[b]visitation.
