12 You are not restricted by us, but (A)you are restricted in your own affections.
2 (A)Make room in your hearts[a] for us. (B)We have wronged no one, we have corrupted no one, we have taken advantage of no one.
7 Should this be said, O house of Jacob? (A)Has the Lord grown impatient?[a] Are these his deeds?Do not my words do good to him who walks uprightly?
8 For (A)God is my witness, (B)how I yearn for you all with the affection of Christ Jesus.
17 But (A)if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet (B)closes his heart against him, (C)how does God's love abide in him?
16 He also allured you out of distress into (A)a broad place where there was no cramping, and what was set on your (B)table was full of (C)fatness.
9 Better (A)is the sight of the eyes than the wandering of the appetite: this also is (B)vanity and a striving after wind.
12 When you walk, (A)your step will not be hampered, and (B)if you run, you will not stumble.
