² and he went out ^[a]to meet Asa and said to him, “Listen to me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin: ^(A)the Lord is with you when you are with Him. And ^(B)if you seek Him, He will let you find Him; but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you.

³ Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts, “^(A)Return to Me,” declares the Lord of hosts, “that I may return to you,” says the Lord of hosts.

⁷ “From the ^(A)days of your fathers you have turned aside from My statutes and have not kept them. ^(B)Return to Me, and I will return to you,” says the Lord of hosts. “But you say, ‘How shall we return?’

¹⁹ (for ^(A)the Law made nothing perfect), and on the other hand there is a bringing in of a better ^(B)hope, through which we ^(C)draw near to God.
