⁷ And he must ^(A)have a good reputation with ^(B)those outside the church, so that he will not fall into reproach and ^(C)the snare of the devil.

^8 (D)Deacons likewise must be dignified, not ^[a]double-tongued, ^(E)not indulging in much wine, ^(F)not fond of dishonest gain, ^9 (G)but holding to the mystery of the faith with a clear conscience.
