² to older women as mothers, to younger women as sisters—with absolute purity.

¹² Let no one despise your youth, but set the believers an example in speech and conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.^(A)

⁵⁰ For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”^(A)

⁸ Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about^[a] these things.

³ Honor widows who are really widows.
