8 Dörren till sidorummens bottenvåning fanns på templets södra sida. En trappa ledde upp till andra våningen och vidare till den tredje.
9 När templet var rest lade man på ett tak av bjälkar och klädde alltsammans med paneler av cederträ.
10 Sidokamrarna runt om templets väggar var fästa vid byggnaden med cederbjälkar. Varje våning var två och en halv meter hög.

8 The entrance to the lowest[a] floor was on the south side of the temple; a stairway led up to the middle level and from there to the third. 9 So he built the temple and completed it, roofing it with beams and cedar(A) planks. 10 And he built the side rooms all along the temple. The height of each was five cubits, and they were attached to the temple by beams of cedar.
