14 So Solomon built the house, and finished it. 15 And he built the walls of the house within with boards of cedar: [a]from the floor of the house unto the walls of the ceiling, he covered them on the inside with wood; and he covered the floor of the house with boards of [b]fir. 16 And he built twenty cubits on the hinder part of the house with boards of cedar from the floor unto the walls of the ceiling: he built them for it within, for an oracle, even for the most holy place.

14 So Solomon(A) built the temple and completed(B) it. 15 He lined its interior walls with cedar boards, paneling them from the floor of the temple to the ceiling,(C) and covered the floor of the temple with planks of juniper.(D) 16 He partitioned off twenty cubits at the rear of the temple with cedar boards from floor to ceiling to form within the temple an inner sanctuary, the Most Holy Place.(E)
