¹² Yahweh gave wisdom to Solomon as he promised to him, and there was peace between Hiram and Solomon, and the two of them made^[a] a covenant.

⁹ Thus says Yahweh: “For three transgressions of Tyre and for four I will not revoke the punishment,^[a] because they delivered up a whole community to Edom and they did not remember the covenant of brotherhood!
