7 For there are (A)three that testify: 8 [a]the Spirit and the water and the blood; and the three are [b]in agreement. 9 (B)If we receive the testimony of people, the testimony of God is greater; for the testimony of God is this, that (C)He has testified concerning His Son.

7 For there are three(A) that testify: 8 the[a] Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. 9 We accept human testimony,(B) but God’s testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God,(C) which he has given about his Son.
