2 the third, (A)Absalom the son of Maacah, the daughter of Talmai, king of Geshur; the fourth, (B)Adonijah the son of Haggith; 3 the fifth, Shephatiah, by Abital; the sixth, Ithream, by his wife (C)Eglah.
4 These six were born to him in Hebron. (D)There he reigned seven years and six months, and (E)in Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years.

the fourth, Adonijah(A) the son of Haggith;
3 the fifth, Shephatiah the son of Abital;
and the sixth, Ithream, by his wife Eglah.
4 These six were born to David in Hebron,(B) where he reigned seven years and six months.(C)
