암몬에 대한 예언
25 여호와께서 나에게 말씀하셨다.
2 “사람의 아들아, 너는 암몬 사람 들을 향해 예언하라.
3 너는 그들에게 내가 이렇게 말한다고 일러 주어라. ‘너희는 나 주 여호와의 말을 들어라. 너희는 내 성전이 더럽혀지고 이스라엘 땅이 황폐해지며 유다 백성이 포로로 잡혀가는 것을 보고 기뻐하였다.
4 그러므로 내가 너희를 동방 사람들에게 넘겨 주겠다. 그들이 너희 땅에 천막을 치고 거처를 정하여 너희 과일과 우유를 먹을 것이다.
5 내가 랍바성을 낙타의 목초지로 만들고 암몬 사람의 땅을 양떼의 휴식처로 만들 것이니 너희가 나를 여호와인 줄 알 것이다.
6 “ ‘나 주 여호와가 말한다. 너희는 이스라엘이 망하는 것을 보고 손뼉을 치고 발을 구르며 조소하는 마음으로 기뻐하였다.
7 그러므로 내가 손을 펴서 너희를 치고 너희를 다른 민족에게 넘겨 주어 그들이 너희를 약탈하게 하겠다. 내가 너희를 멸망시켜 너희 나라를 지상에서 없애 버리면 너희가 나를 여호와인 줄 알 것이다.’ ”
모압에 대한 예언
8 주 여호와께서 다시 말씀하셨다. “모압과 세일이 유다도 다른 모든 이방 나라와 마찬가지라고 말하고 있다.
9 그러므로 내가 모압의 국경을 지키는 아름다운 성 벧 – 여시못과 바알 – 므온과 기랴다임이 공격을 받게 하겠다.
10 내가 암몬과 함께 모압을 동방 사람들에게 넘겨 주어 그들의 소유가 되게 할 것이니 [a]모압이 세상에서 다시는 기억되지 않을 것이다.
11 내가 모압을 벌하면 그들이 나를 여호와인 줄 알 것이다.”
에돔에 대한 예언
12 “나 주 여호와가 말한다. 에돔이 유다를 쳐서 원수를 갚았으나 에돔은 그것 때문에 크게 범죄하였다.
13 그러므로 나 주 여호와가 말한다. 내가 손을 펴고 에돔을 쳐서 사람과 짐승을 죽이고 그 땅을 황폐하게 하겠다. 데만에서부터 드단까지 사람들이 칼날에 쓰러질 것이다.
14 내가 내 백성 이스라엘 사람들의 손으로 에돔에게 원수를 갚겠다. 그들이 에돔에게 내 대신 분풀이할 것이니 에돔은 내가 보복하는 줄을 알게 될 것이다. 이것은 나 주 여호와의 말이다.”
블레셋에 대한 예언
15 “나 주 여호와가 말한다. 블레셋 사람들이 옛날부터 복수하고자 앙심을 품고 악의와 적대감으로 유다를 멸망시키려고 하였다.
16 그러므로 나 주 여호와가 말한다. 내가 손을 펴서 블레셋 사람을 치고 그렛 사람을 쓸어 버리며 해변에 남아 있는 자들을 모조리 죽여 버리겠다.
17 내가 그들을 호되게 벌하고 크게 보복하여 내 분풀이를 하면 그제서야 그들이 나를 여호와인 줄 알 것이다.”

斥责摩押
8 “耶和华说，‘摩押和西珥嘲笑犹大与其他各国没有两样。 9 所以我要攻陷摩押边界的城邑，就是那地方引以为荣的伯·耶西末、巴力·免和基列亭。 10 我要将它和亚扪人一起交给东方人统治，使亚扪人从此被列国遗忘。 11 我必审判摩押人，这样他们就知道我是耶和华。’

A Prophecy Against Ammon
25 The word of the Lord came to me: 2 “Son of man, set your face against(A) the Ammonites(B) and prophesy against them.(C) 3 Say to them, ‘Hear the word of the Sovereign Lord. This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because you said “Aha!(D)” over my sanctuary when it was desecrated(E) and over the land of Israel when it was laid waste and over the people of Judah when they went into exile,(F) 4 therefore I am going to give you to the people of the East(G) as a possession. They will set up their camps(H) and pitch their tents among you; they will eat your fruit and drink your milk.(I) 5 I will turn Rabbah(J) into a pasture for camels and Ammon into a resting place for sheep.(K) Then you will know that I am the Lord. 6 For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because you have clapped your hands(L) and stamped your feet, rejoicing with all the malice of your heart against the land of Israel,(M) 7 therefore I will stretch out my hand(N) against you and give you as plunder(O) to the nations. I will wipe you out from among the nations and exterminate you from the countries. I will destroy(P) you, and you will know that I am the Lord.(Q)’”
A Prophecy Against Moab
8 “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: ‘Because Moab(R) and Seir(S) said, “Look, Judah has become like all the other nations,” 9 therefore I will expose the flank of Moab, beginning at its frontier towns—Beth Jeshimoth(T), Baal Meon(U) and Kiriathaim(V)—the glory of that land. 10 I will give Moab along with the Ammonites to the people of the East as a possession, so that the Ammonites will not be remembered(W) among the nations; 11 and I will inflict punishment on Moab. Then they will know that I am the Lord.’”(X)
A Prophecy Against Edom
12 “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: ‘Because Edom(Y) took revenge on Judah and became very guilty by doing so, 13 therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will stretch out my hand(Z) against Edom and kill both man and beast.(AA) I will lay it waste, and from Teman(AB) to Dedan(AC) they will fall by the sword.(AD) 14 I will take vengeance on Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they will deal with Edom in accordance with my anger(AE) and my wrath; they will know my vengeance, declares the Sovereign Lord.’”(AF)
A Prophecy Against Philistia
15 “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: ‘Because the Philistines(AG) acted in vengeance and took revenge with malice(AH) in their hearts, and with ancient hostility sought to destroy Judah, 16 therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am about to stretch out my hand against the Philistines,(AI) and I will wipe out the Kerethites(AJ) and destroy those remaining along the coast.(AK) 17 I will carry out great vengeance(AL) on them and punish(AM) them in my wrath. Then they will know that I am the Lord,(AN) when I take vengeance on them.(AO)’”

3 And say unto the Ammonites, Hear the word of the Lord God; Thus saith the Lord God; Because thou saidst, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity;
4 Behold, therefore I will deliver thee to the men of the east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit, and they shall drink thy milk.
5 And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels, and the Ammonites a couching place for flocks: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
6 For thus saith the Lord God; Because thou hast clapped thine hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel;
7 Behold, therefore I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the heathen; and I will cut thee off from the people, and I will cause thee to perish out of the countries: I will destroy thee; and thou shalt know that I am the Lord.
8 Thus saith the Lord God; Because that Moab and Seir do say, Behold, the house of Judah is like unto all the heathen;

14 And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel: and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury; and they shall know my vengeance, saith the Lord God.
15 Thus saith the Lord God; Because the Philistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with a despiteful heart, to destroy it for the old hatred;

17 And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.
