亚萨的诗。
求主解救国家
79 神啊，外邦人侵犯你的产业，
玷污你的圣殿，使耶路撒冷变成废墟，
2 将你仆人的尸首交给天空的飞鸟为食，
把你圣民的肉交给地上的走兽，
3 耶路撒冷的周围流出他们的血如水，
无人埋葬。
4 我们成为邻国羞辱的对象，
被四围的人嗤笑讥刺。
5 耶和华啊，你发怒要到几时呢？
要到永远吗？
你的忌恨要如火焚烧吗？
6 求你将你的愤怒倾倒在那不认识你的万邦
和那不求告你名的国度。
7 因为他们吞了雅各，
将他的住处变为废墟。
8 求你不要记得我们先前世代的罪孽；
愿你的怜悯速速临到我们，
因为我们落到极卑微的地步。
9 拯救我们的 神啊，求你因你名的荣耀帮助我们！
为你名的缘故搭救我们，赦免我们的罪。
10 为何让列国说“他们的 神在哪里”呢？
求你让列国知道，
你在我们眼前伸你仆人流血的冤。
11 愿被囚之人的叹息达到你面前，
求你以强大的膀臂存留那些将死的人。
12 主啊，求你将我们邻邦所加给你的羞辱
七倍归到他们身上。
13 这样，你的子民，你草场的羊，
要称谢你，直到永远；
要述说赞美你的话，直到万代。

A psalm of Asaph.
1 O God, the nations have invaded your inheritance;(A)
they have defiled(B) your holy temple,
they have reduced Jerusalem to rubble.(C)
2 They have left the dead bodies of your servants
as food for the birds of the sky,(D)
the flesh of your own people for the animals of the wild.(E)
3 They have poured out blood like water
all around Jerusalem,
and there is no one to bury(F) the dead.(G)
4 We are objects of contempt to our neighbors,
of scorn(H) and derision to those around us.(I)
5 How long,(J) Lord? Will you be angry(K) forever?
How long will your jealousy burn like fire?(L)
6 Pour out your wrath(M) on the nations
that do not acknowledge(N) you,
on the kingdoms
that do not call on your name;(O)
7 for they have devoured(P) Jacob
and devastated his homeland.
8 Do not hold against us the sins of past generations;(Q)
may your mercy come quickly to meet us,
for we are in desperate need.(R)
9 Help us,(S) God our Savior,
for the glory of your name;
deliver us and forgive our sins
for your name’s sake.(T)
10 Why should the nations say,
“Where is their God?”(U)
Before our eyes, make known among the nations
that you avenge(V) the outpoured blood(W) of your servants.
11 May the groans of the prisoners come before you;
with your strong arm preserve those condemned to die.
12 Pay back into the laps(X) of our neighbors seven times(Y)
the contempt they have hurled at you, Lord.
13 Then we your people, the sheep of your pasture,(Z)
will praise you forever;(AA)
from generation to generation
we will proclaim your praise.

79 Salmo de Asaf.
Oh Dios, los gentiles han venido
a tu heredad.
Han contaminado tu santo templo,
y a Jerusalén han reducido a montones de escombros.
2 Han dado los cuerpos de tus siervos como comida a las aves de los cielos; han dado la carne de tus fieles
a los animales de la tierra.
3 Derramaron como agua su sangre
en los alrededores de Jerusalén;
no hubo quien los enterrase.
4 Somos una afrenta para nuestros vecinos,
burla y ridículo ante los que están
a nuestro alrededor.
5 ¿Hasta cuándo, oh SEÑOR? ¿Has de estar airado para siempre? ¿Arderá como fuego tu celo?
6 Derrama tu ira sobre las naciones que no te conocen
y sobre los reinos que no invocan
tu nombre.
7 Porque han devorado a Jacob,
y han desolado su morada.
8 No recuerdes contra nosotros los pecados de nuestros antepasados. Salgan pronto a encontrarnos tus misericordias
porque estamos muy abatidos.
9 Ayúdanos, oh Dios, salvación nuestra, por causa de la gloria de tu nombre. Líbranos y expía nuestros pecados por amor de tu nombre.
10 ¿Por qué han de decir los gentiles: “¿Dónde está su Dios?”.
Sea dada a conocer a las naciones
y ante nuestros ojos
la venganza de la sangre de tus siervos que ha sido derramada.
11 Llegue a tu presencia el gemido
de los presos.
Conforme a la grandeza de tu brazo preserva a los sentenciados a muerte.
12 Devuelve a nuestros vecinos siete veces en su cara
la infamia con que te han deshonrado, oh SEÑOR.
13 Entonces nosotros,
pueblo tuyo y ovejas de tu prado,
te confesaremos para siempre; por generación y generación contaremos de tus alabanzas.
