¹耶和华啊，你忘记我要到几时呢？要到永远吗？你掩面不顾我要到几时呢？
²我心里筹算，终日愁苦，要到几时呢？我的仇敌升高压制我，要到几时呢？
³耶和华我的神啊，求你看顾我，应允我，使我眼目光明，免得我沉睡至死，
⁴免得我的仇敌说“我胜了他”，免得我的敌人在我摇动的时候喜乐。
⁵但我倚靠你的慈爱，我的心因你的救恩快乐。

³我的上帝耶和华啊，
求你垂顾我，回答我，
使我眼睛明亮，
免得我在沉睡中死去，
⁴免得我的仇敌说：“我们战胜了他！”
免得他们因我败落而欢喜。
⁵我深信你的慈爱，
我的心要因你的拯救而欢欣。

我的仇敌胜过我，要到几时呢？

³耶和华我的　神啊！求你看顾我，应允我；

求你使我的眼睛明亮，免得我沉睡至死；

⁴免得我的仇敌说：“我胜过了他”；

免得我跌倒的时候我的敌人就欢呼。

⁵至于我，我倚靠你的慈爱，

我的心必因你的救恩欢呼。

¹How long, O Eternal One? How long will You forget me? Forever?
How long will You look the other way?

²How long must I agonize,
grieving Your absence in my heart every day?
How long will You let my enemies win?

³Turn back; respond to me, O Eternal, my True God!
Put the spark of life in my eyes, or I’m dead.
⁴My enemies will boast they have beaten me;
my foes will celebrate that I have stumbled.

⁵But I trust in Your faithful love;
my heart leaps at the thought of imminent deliverance by You.
⁶I will sing to the Eternal,
for He is always generous with me.
