7 （ 大 卫 指 着 便 雅 悯 人 古 实 的 话 ， 向 耶 和 华 唱 的 流 离 歌 。 ） 耶 和 华 ─ 我 的 神 啊 ， 我 投 靠 你 ！ 求 你 救 我 脱 离 一 切 追 赶 我 的 人 ， 将 我 救 拔 出 来 ！
2 恐 怕 他 们 像 狮 子 撕 裂 我 ， 甚 至 撕 碎 ， 无 人 搭 救 。
3 耶 和 华 ─ 我 的 神 啊 ， 我 若 行 了 这 事 ， 若 有 罪 孽 在 我 手 里 ，
4 我 若 以 恶 报 那 与 我 交 好 的 人 ─ 连 那 无 故 与 我 为 敌 的 ， 我 也 救 了 他 ，
5 就 任 凭 仇 敌 追 赶 我 ， 直 到 追 上 ， 将 我 的 性 命 踏 在 地 下 ， 使 我 的 荣 耀 归 於 灰 尘 。 （ 细 拉 ）

9 愿 恶 人 的 恶 断 绝 ！ 愿 你 坚 立 义 人 ！ 因 为 公 义 的 神 察 验 人 的 心 肠 肺 腑 。
10 神 是 我 的 盾 牌 ； 他 拯 救 心 里 正 直 的 人 。
11 神 是 公 义 的 审 判 者 ， 又 是 天 天 向 恶 人 发 怒 的 神 。
12 若 有 人 不 回 头 ， 他 的 刀 必 磨 快 ， 弓 必 上 弦 ， 预 备 妥 当 了 。
13 他 也 预 备 了 杀 人 的 器 械 ； 他 所 射 的 是 火 箭 。
14 试 看 恶 人 因 奸 恶 而 劬 劳 ， 所 怀 的 是 毒 害 ， 所 生 的 是 虚 假 。
15 他 掘 了 坑 ， 又 挖 深 了 ， 竟 掉 在 自 己 所 挖 的 阱 里 。

求上帝伸張正義
大衛向耶和華唱的詩，與便雅憫人古實有關。
7 我的上帝耶和華啊，我投靠你，
求你拯救我脫離追趕我的人。
2 別讓他們像獅子般撕裂我，
無人搭救。
3 我的上帝耶和華啊，
倘若我犯了罪，
手上沾了不義；
4 倘若我恩將仇報，
無故搶奪仇敵，
5 就讓仇敵追上我，
踐踏我，使我聲名掃地。（細拉）
6 耶和華啊，
求你發怒攻擊我暴怒的仇敵。
我的上帝啊，
求你來伸張正義。
7 願萬民環繞你，
願你從高天治理他們，
8 願你審判萬民！
至高的耶和華啊，
我是公義正直的，
求你為我主持公道。
9 鑒察人心肺腑的公義上帝啊，
求你剷除邪惡，扶持義人。
10 上帝是我的盾牌，
祂拯救心地正直的人。
11 上帝是公義的審判官，
天天向惡人發怒。
12 他們若不悔改，祂必磨刀霍霍，
彎弓搭箭，誅滅他們。

A shiggaion[b](A) of David, which he sang to the Lord concerning Cush, a Benjamite.
1 Lord my God, I take refuge(B) in you;
save and deliver me(C) from all who pursue me,(D)
2 or they will tear me apart like a lion(E)
and rip me to pieces with no one to rescue(F) me.
3 Lord my God, if I have done this
and there is guilt on my hands(G)—
4 if I have repaid my ally with evil
or without cause(H) have robbed my foe—
5 then let my enemy pursue and overtake(I) me;
let him trample my life to the ground(J)
and make me sleep in the dust.[c](K)
6 Arise,(L) Lord, in your anger;
rise up against the rage of my enemies.(M)
Awake,(N) my God; decree justice.
7 Let the assembled peoples gather around you,
while you sit enthroned over them on high.(O)
8 Let the Lord judge(P) the peoples.
Vindicate me, Lord, according to my righteousness,(Q)
according to my integrity,(R) O Most High.(S)
9 Bring to an end the violence of the wicked
and make the righteous secure—(T)
you, the righteous God(U)
who probes minds and hearts.(V)
10 My shield[d](W) is God Most High,
who saves the upright in heart.(X)
11 God is a righteous judge,(Y)
a God who displays his wrath(Z) every day.
