1 神啊，求你怜悯我，怜悯我，因为我的心投靠你。我要投靠在你翅膀的荫下，等到灾害过去。
2 我要求告至高的神，就是为我成全诸事的神。
3 那要吞我的人辱骂我的时候，神从天上必施恩救我，也必向我发出慈爱和诚实。
4 我的性命在狮子中间，我躺卧在性如烈火的世人当中，他们的牙齿是枪、箭，他们的舌头是快刀。
5 神啊，愿你崇高过于诸天，愿你的荣耀高过全地！
6 他们为我的脚设下网罗，压制我的心。他们在我面前挖了坑，自己反掉在其中。（细拉）
7 神啊，我心坚定，我心坚定！我要唱诗，我要歌颂！
8 我的灵[a]啊，你当醒起！琴瑟啊，你们当醒起！我自己要极早醒起。

10 因为你的慈爱高及诸天，你的诚实达到穹苍。

1 世人哪，你们默然不语，真合公义吗？施行审判，岂按正直吗？
2 不然！你们是心中作恶，你们在地上称出你们手所行的强暴。
3 恶人一出母胎，就与神疏远；一离母腹，便走错路，说谎话。
4 他们的毒气好像蛇的毒气，他们好像塞耳的聋虺，
5 不听行法术的声音，虽用极灵的咒语，也是不听。
6 神啊，求你敲碎他们口中的牙！耶和华啊，求你敲掉少壮狮子的大牙！
7 愿他们消灭如急流的水一般，他们瞅准射箭的时候，愿箭头仿佛砍断。
8 愿他们像蜗牛消化过去，又像妇人坠落未见天日的胎。
9 你们用荆棘烧火，锅还未热，他要用旋风把青的和烧着的一齐刮去。
10 义人见仇敌遭报就欢喜，要在恶人的血中洗脚。
11 因此，人必说：“义人诚然有善报，在地上果有施行判断的神。”
求主救援脱离敌害
59 扫罗打发人窥探大卫的房屋，要杀他。那时，大卫作这金诗，交于伶长。调用休要毁坏。
1 我的神啊，求你救我脱离仇敌，把我安置在高处，得脱那些起来攻击我的人。
2 求你救我脱离作孽的人，和喜爱流人血的人。
3 因为他们埋伏要害我的命，有能力的人聚集来攻击我。耶和华啊，这不是为我的过犯，也不是为我的罪愆。
4 我虽然无过，他们预备整齐，跑来攻击我。求你兴起，鉴察、帮助我！
5 万军之神耶和华，以色列的神啊，求你兴起，惩治万邦，不要怜悯行诡诈的恶人。（细拉）
6 他们晚上转回，叫号如狗，围城绕行。
7 他们口中喷吐恶言，嘴里有刀，他们说：“有谁听见？”
8 但你耶和华必笑话他们，你要嗤笑万邦。
9 我的力量啊，我必仰望你，因为神是我的高台。
10 我的神要以慈爱迎接我，神要叫我看见我仇敌遭报。
11 不要杀他们，恐怕我的民忘记。主啊，你是我们的盾牌，求你用你的能力使他们四散，且降为卑。
12 因他们口中的罪和嘴里的言语，并咒骂虚谎的话，愿他们在骄傲之中被缠住了。
13 求你发怒，使他们消灭，以至归于无有，叫他们知道神在雅各中间掌权，直到地极。（细拉）
14 到了晚上，任凭他们转回，任凭他们叫号如狗，围城绕行。
15 他们必走来走去，寻找食物，若不得饱，就终夜在外。
16 但我要歌颂你的力量，早晨要高唱你的慈爱，因为你做过我的高台，在我急难的日子做过我的避难所。

1 Have mercy on me, my God, have mercy on me,
for in you I take refuge.(C)
I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings(D)
until the disaster has passed.(E)
2 I cry out to God Most High,
to God, who vindicates me.(F)
3 He sends from heaven and saves me,(G)
rebuking those who hotly pursue me—[c](H)
God sends forth his love and his faithfulness.(I)
4 I am in the midst of lions;(J)
I am forced to dwell among ravenous beasts—
men whose teeth are spears and arrows,
whose tongues are sharp swords.(K)
5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
let your glory be over all the earth.(L)
6 They spread a net for my feet(M)—
I was bowed down(N) in distress.
They dug a pit(O) in my path—
but they have fallen into it themselves.(P)
7 My heart, O God, is steadfast,
my heart is steadfast;(Q)
I will sing and make music.
8 Awake, my soul!

1 Do you rulers indeed speak justly?(V)
Do you judge people with equity?
2 No, in your heart you devise injustice,(W)
and your hands mete out violence on the earth.(X)
3 Even from birth the wicked go astray;
from the womb they are wayward, spreading lies.
4 Their venom is like the venom of a snake,(Y)
like that of a cobra that has stopped its ears,
5 that will not heed(Z) the tune of the charmer,(AA)
however skillful the enchanter may be.
6 Break the teeth in their mouths, O God;(AB)
Lord, tear out the fangs of those lions!(AC)
7 Let them vanish like water that flows away;(AD)
when they draw the bow, let their arrows fall short.(AE)
8 May they be like a slug that melts away as it moves along,(AF)
like a stillborn child(AG) that never sees the sun.
9 Before your pots can feel the heat of the thorns(AH)—
whether they be green or dry—the wicked will be swept away.[f](AI)
10 The righteous will be glad(AJ) when they are avenged,(AK)
when they dip their feet in the blood of the wicked.(AL)
11 Then people will say,
“Surely the righteous still are rewarded;(AM)

1 Deliver me from my enemies, O God;(AP)
be my fortress against those who are attacking me.(AQ)
2 Deliver me from evildoers(AR)
and save me from those who are after my blood.(AS)
3 See how they lie in wait for me!
Fierce men conspire(AT) against me
for no offense or sin of mine, Lord.
4 I have done no wrong,(AU) yet they are ready to attack me.(AV)
Arise to help me; look on my plight!(AW)
5 You, Lord God Almighty,
you who are the God of Israel,(AX)
rouse yourself(AY) to punish all the nations;(AZ)
show no mercy to wicked traitors.[i](BA)
6 They return at evening,
snarling like dogs,(BB)
and prowl about the city.
7 See what they spew from their mouths(BC)—
the words from their lips are sharp as swords,(BD)
and they think, “Who can hear us?”(BE)
8 But you laugh at them, Lord;(BF)

God will go before me
and will let me gloat over those who slander me.

In your might uproot them

12 For the sins of their mouths,(BM)

let them be caught in their pride.(BO)
For the curses and lies they utter,
13 consume them in your wrath,

Then it will be known to the ends of the earth

4 如此说来，我们的祖宗亚伯拉罕凭着肉体得了什么呢？ 2 倘若亚伯拉罕是因行为称义，就有可夸的，只是在神面前并无可夸。 3 经上说什么呢？说：“亚伯拉罕信神，这就算为他的义。” 4 做工的得工价，不算恩典，乃是该得的。 5 唯有不做工的，只信称罪人为义的神，他的信就算为义。 6 正如大卫称那在行为以外蒙神算为义的人是有福的， 7 他说：“得赦免其过、遮盖其罪的，这人是有福的！ 8 主不算为有罪的，这人是有福的！” 9 如此看来，这福是单加给那受割礼的人吗？不也是加给那未受割礼的人吗？因我们所说，亚伯拉罕的信就算为他的义。 10 是怎么算的呢？是在他受割礼的时候呢，是在他未受割礼的时候呢？不是在受割礼的时候，乃是在未受割礼的时候。 11 并且他受了割礼的记号，做他未受割礼的时候因信称义的印证，叫他做一切未受割礼而信之人的父，使他们也算为义； 12 又做受割礼之人的父，就是那些不但受割礼，并且按我们的祖宗亚伯拉罕未受割礼而信之踪迹去行的人。 13 因为神应许亚伯拉罕和他后裔必得承受世界，不是因律法，乃是因信而得的义。 14 若是属乎律法的人才得为后嗣，信就归于虚空，应许也就废弃了。 15 因为律法是惹动愤怒的[a]，哪里没有律法，哪里就没有过犯。 16 所以人得为后嗣是本乎信，因此就属乎恩，叫应许定然归给一切后裔，不但归给那属乎律法的，也归给那效法亚伯拉罕之信的。

17 亚伯拉罕所信的是那叫死人复活，使无变为有的神，他在主面前做我们世人的父，如经上所记：“我已经立你做多国的父。” 18 他在无可指望的时候，因信仍有指望，就得以做多国的父，正如先前所说：“你的后裔将要如此。” 19 他将近百岁的时候，虽然想到自己的身体如同已死，撒拉的生育已经断绝，他的信心还是不软弱， 20 并且仰望神的应许，总没有因不信心里起疑惑，反倒因信心里得坚固，将荣耀归给神， 21 且满心相信神所应许的必能做成。 22 所以这就“算为他的义”。 23 “算为他义”的这句话不是单为他写的， 24 也是为我们将来得算为义之人写的，就是我们这信神使我们的主耶稣从死里复活的人。 25 耶稣被交给人，是为我们的过犯；复活，是为叫我们称义。[b]

Abraham Justified by Faith
4 What then shall we say(A) that Abraham, our forefather according to the flesh,(B) discovered in this matter? 2 If, in fact, Abraham was justified by works, he had something to boast about—but not before God.(C) 3 What does Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.”[a](D)
4 Now to the one who works, wages are not credited as a gift(E) but as an obligation. 5 However, to the one who does not work but trusts God who justifies the ungodly, their faith is credited as righteousness.(F) 6 David says the same thing when he speaks of the blessedness of the one to whom God credits righteousness apart from works:
7 “Blessed are those
whose transgressions are forgiven,
whose sins are covered.
8 Blessed is the one
whose sin the Lord will never count against them.”[b](G)
9 Is this blessedness only for the circumcised, or also for the uncircumcised?(H) We have been saying that Abraham’s faith was credited to him as righteousness.(I) 10 Under what circumstances was it credited? Was it after he was circumcised, or before? It was not after, but before! 11 And he received circumcision as a sign, a seal of the righteousness that he had by faith while he was still uncircumcised.(J) So then, he is the father(K) of all who believe(L) but have not been circumcised, in order that righteousness might be credited to them. 12 And he is then also the father of the circumcised who not only are circumcised but who also follow in the footsteps of the faith that our father Abraham had before he was circumcised.
13 It was not through the law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise(M) that he would be heir of the world,(N) but through the righteousness that comes by faith.(O) 14 For if those who depend on the law are heirs, faith means nothing and the promise is worthless,(P) 15 because the law brings wrath.(Q) And where there is no law there is no transgression.(R)
16 Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace(S) and may be guaranteed(T) to all Abraham’s offspring—not only to those who are of the law but also to those who have the faith of Abraham. He is the father of us all.(U) 17 As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.”[c](V) He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life(W) to the dead and calls(X) into being things that were not.(Y)
18 Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations,(Z) just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”[d](AA) 19 Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead(AB)—since he was about a hundred years old(AC)—and that Sarah’s womb was also dead.(AD) 20 Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened(AE) in his faith and gave glory to God,(AF) 21 being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.(AG) 22 This is why “it was credited to him as righteousness.”(AH) 23 The words “it was credited to him” were written not for him alone, 24 but also for us,(AI) to whom God will credit righteousness—for us who believe in him(AJ) who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead.(AK) 25 He was delivered over to death for our sins(AL) and was raised to life for our justification.(AM)
