19 於是他們問他：「你的父在哪裏？」耶穌回答：「你們不認識我，也不認識我的父；若是認識我，也會認識我的父。」 20 這些話是耶穌在聖殿的銀庫房裏教導人的時候說的。當時沒有人捉拿他，因為他的時候還沒有到。
我所去的地方你們不能去
21 於是耶穌又對他們說：「我去了，你們會找我，而你們會死在自己的罪中；我所去的地方，你們不能去。」

21 耶稣又对他们说：“我要走了，你们会寻找我，你们将死在自己的罪中。我去的地方，你们不能去。”

19 Then they asked him, “Where is your father?”
“You do not know me or my Father,”(A) Jesus replied. “If you knew me, you would know my Father also.”(B) 20 He spoke these words while teaching(C) in the temple courts near the place where the offerings were put.(D) Yet no one seized him, because his hour had not yet come.(E)
Dispute Over Who Jesus Is
21 Once more Jesus said to them, “I am going away, and you will look for me, and you will die(F) in your sin. Where I go, you cannot come.”(G)
