印了十四萬四千個以色列人
7 這事以後，我看見四位天使站在地的四極，掌握著地上的四風，不使風吹在地上、海上和任何樹上。 2 我又看見另外一位天使，從日出之地上來，拿著永活 神的印，向那四位得了權柄可以傷害地和海的天使，大聲呼喊， 3 說：“你們不要傷害地、海和樹木，等我們在 神眾僕人的額上先蓋上了印。” 4 我聽見被蓋印的人的數目，以色列子孫各支派中被蓋印的共有十四萬四千人：
5 猶大支派中被蓋印的，一萬二千人；
流本支派中，一萬二千人；
迦得支派中，一萬二千人；
6 亞設支派中，一萬二千人；
拿弗他利支派中，一萬二千人；
瑪拿西支派中，一萬二千人；
7 西緬支派中，一萬二千人；
利未支派中，一萬二千人；
以薩迦支派中，一萬二千人；
8 西布倫支派中，一萬二千人；
約瑟支派中，一萬二千人；
便雅憫支派中，一萬二千人。
各國各族的群眾前來敬拜
9 這些事以後，我觀看，見有一大群人，沒有人能數得過來，是從各邦國、各支派、各民族、各方言來的。他們都站在寶座和羊羔面前，身穿白袍，手裡拿著棕樹枝。 10 他們大聲呼喊，說：
“願救恩歸給那坐在寶座上我們的 神，也歸給羊羔！”
11 所有的天使都站在寶座、眾長老和四個活物的四周。他們在寶座前，面伏在地上敬拜 神， 12 說：
“阿們！願頌讚、榮耀、智慧、
感謝、尊貴、權能、力量，
都歸給我們的 神，
直到永永遠遠。阿們！”
13 長老中有一位問我：“這些身穿白袍的是誰？他們是從哪裡來的呢？” 14 我對他說：“我主啊，你是知道的。”他告訴我：“這些人是從大患難中出來的。他們用羊羔的血，把自己的衣袍洗潔白了。 15 因此，他們可以在 神的寶座前，並且日夜在他的聖所裡事奉他。那坐在寶座上的必展開帳幕覆庇他們。 16 他們必不再餓，也不再渴；太陽和一切炎熱必不傷害他們。 17 因為在寶座中間的羊羔必牧養他們，領他們到生命水的泉源那裡。 神也必抹去他們的一切眼淚。”

2 我 又 看 見 另 有 一 位 天 使 ， 從 日 出 之 地 上 來 ， 拿 著 永 生 神 的 印 。 他 就 向 那 得 著 權 柄 能 傷 害 地 和 海 的 四 位 天 使 大 聲 喊 著 說 ：
3 地 與 海 並 樹 木 ， 你 們 不 可 傷 害 ， 等 我 們 印 了 我 們 神 眾 僕 人 的 額 。
4 我 聽 見 以 色 列 人 各 支 派 中 受 印 的 數 目 有 十 四 萬 四 千 。

8 西 布 倫 支 派 中 有 一 萬 二 千 ； 約 瑟 支 派 中 有 一 萬 二 千 ； 便 雅 憫 支 派 中 受 印 的 有 一 萬 二 千 。
9 此 後 ， 我 觀 看 ， 見 有 許 多 的 人 ， 沒 有 人 能 數 過 來 ， 是 從 各 國 、 各 族 、 各 民 、 各 方 來 的 ， 站 在 寶 座 和 羔 羊 面 前 ， 身 穿 白 衣 ， 手 拿 棕 樹 枝 ，
10 大 聲 喊 著 說 ： 願 救 恩 歸 與 坐 在 寶 座 上 我 們 的 神 ， 也 歸 與 羔 羊 ！
11 眾 天 使 都 站 在 寶 座 和 眾 長 老 並 四 活 物 的 周 圍 ， 在 寶 座 前 ， 面 伏 於 地 ， 敬 拜 神 ，
12 說 ： 阿 們 ！ 頌 讚 、 榮 耀 、 智 慧 、 感 謝 、 尊 貴 、 權 柄 、 大 力 都 歸 與 我 們 的 神 ， 直 到 永 永 遠 遠 。 阿 們 ！
13 長 老 中 有 一 位 問 我 說 ： 這 些 穿 白 衣 的 是 誰 ？ 是 從 那 裡 來 的 ？
14 我 對 他 說 ： 我 主 ， 你 知 道 。 他 向 我 說 ： 這 些 人 是 從 大 患 難 中 出 來 的 ， 曾 用 羔 羊 的 血 把 衣 裳 洗 白 淨 了 。
15 所 以 ， 他 們 在 神 寶 座 前 ， 晝 夜 在 他 殿 中 事 奉 他 。 坐 寶 座 的 要 用 帳 幕 覆 庇 他 們 。
16 他 們 不 再 飢 ， 不 再 渴 ； 日 頭 和 炎 熱 也 必 不 傷 害 他 們 。
17 因 為 寶 座 中 的 羔 羊 必 牧 養 他 們 ， 領 他 們 到 生 命 水 的 泉 源 ； 神 也 必 擦 去 他 們 一 切 的 眼 淚 。

9 後來我又看見一大群人，多得不可勝數。他們來自各國家、各部落、各民族、各語言族群，身穿白袍，手拿棕樹枝，站在寶座和羔羊面前， 10 大聲呼喊說：「救恩來自我們坐在寶座上的上帝，也來自羔羊！」 11 眾天使都站在寶座、眾長老和四個活物的周圍，在寶座前俯伏敬拜上帝，說： 12 「阿們！願頌讚、榮耀、智慧、感謝、尊貴、權柄、能力都歸給我們的上帝，直到永永遠遠。阿們！」
13 長老中有一位問我：「這些身穿白袍的人是誰？他們從哪裡來？」
14 我回答說：「先生，你知道答案。」
他便說：「這些都是經過大災難的人，他們用羔羊的血將衣裳洗得純淨潔白。 15 因此，他們在寶座前，在聖殿中不分晝夜地事奉上帝。坐在寶座上的那位要庇護他們。 16 他們不會再受饑餓和乾渴的折磨，也不會再受太陽和酷熱的煎熬， 17 因為在寶座中央的羔羊要作他們的牧人，引導他們到生命之泉那裡，上帝要擦乾他們所有的眼淚。」

7 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners(A) of the earth, holding back the four winds(B) of the earth to prevent(C) any wind from blowing on the land or on the sea or on any tree. 2 Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal(D) of the living God.(E) He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea:(F) 3 “Do not harm(G) the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads(H) of the servants of our God.” 4 Then I heard the number(I) of those who were sealed: 144,000(J) from all the tribes of Israel.
5 From the tribe of Judah 12,000 were sealed,
from the tribe of Reuben 12,000,
from the tribe of Gad 12,000,
6 from the tribe of Asher 12,000,
from the tribe of Naphtali 12,000,
from the tribe of Manasseh 12,000,
7 from the tribe of Simeon 12,000,
from the tribe of Levi 12,000,
from the tribe of Issachar 12,000,
8 from the tribe of Zebulun 12,000,
from the tribe of Joseph 12,000,
from the tribe of Benjamin 12,000.
The Great Multitude in White Robes
9 After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language,(K) standing before the throne(L) and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes(M) and were holding palm branches in their hands. 10 And they cried out in a loud voice:
11 All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders(P) and the four living creatures.(Q) They fell down on their faces(R) before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying:
“Amen!
Praise and glory
and wisdom and thanks and honor
and power and strength
be to our God for ever and ever.
Amen!”(S)
13 Then one of the elders asked me, “These in white robes(T)—who are they, and where did they come from?”
14 I answered, “Sir, you know.”
And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes(U) and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.(V) 15 Therefore,
“they are before the throne of God(W)
and serve him(X) day and night in his temple;(Y)
and he who sits on the throne(Z)
will shelter them with his presence.(AA)
16 ‘Never again will they hunger;
never again will they thirst.(AB)
The sun will not beat down on them,’[a]
nor any scorching heat.(AC)
17 For the Lamb at the center of the throne
will be their shepherd;(AD)
‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’[b](AE)
‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’[c]”(AF)
