²⁸尼布甲尼撒说：“沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌的　神是应当称颂的，他差遣使者拯救那些倚靠他的仆人；他们违抗王的命令，宁愿舍命，除了自己的　神以外，不肯事奉敬拜任何其他的神。 ²⁹我现在下令：无论各国、各族、说各种语言的人，凡说话得罪沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌的　神的，必被碎尸万段，他的家也必成为废墟，因为没有别的神能这样施行拯救。” ³⁰于是王在巴比伦省提升了沙得拉、米煞和亚伯尼歌。

²⁸尼布甲尼撒說：「沙得拉、米煞、亞伯尼歌的上帝當受稱頌！祂差遣天使拯救那些信靠祂的僕人。他們無視王命，寧肯死也不供奉、祭拜其他神明。 ²⁹現在我下令，不論何民、何邦、何族，若譭謗沙得拉、米煞、亞伯尼歌的上帝，必被碎屍萬段，他們的家必淪為廢墟，因為沒有別的神明能這樣施行拯救。」 ³⁰於是，王讓沙得拉、米煞、亞伯尼歌在巴比倫省身居高位。

New International Version

²⁸Then Nebuchadnezzar said, “Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent his angel^(A) and rescued^(B) his servants! They trusted^(C) in him and defied the king’s command and were willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.^(D) ²⁹Therefore I decree^(E) that the people of any nation or language who say anything against the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego be cut into pieces and their houses be turned into piles of rubble,^(F) for no other god can save^(G) in this way.”
