Псалам Асафов.
82 Бог је стао у Божијем збору,
па сад суди међу боговима:
2 „Докле ћете судити нечасно
и држати страну злотворима? Села
3 Заступајте право убогога и сиротога,
оправдајте сиромаха и невољника.
4 Спасавајте слабог и тлаченог,
избавите их из руке зликоваца.
5 Али нису знали, нису разумели;
у тами су посртали
и темеље земљи задрмали.
6 Ја рекох: ’Богови сте,
сви сте деца Свевишњега!’
7 Ипак ћете помрети ко људи,
пропашћете ко и главар сваки.“
8 Устани, Боже, и суди земљи,
јер сви су народи наследство твоје!

King James Version
82 God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.
2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.
3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.
5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.
6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.
8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.

2 “How long will you[a] defend the unjust
and show partiality(C) to the wicked?[b](D)
3 Defend the weak and the fatherless;(E)
uphold the cause of the poor(F) and the oppressed.
4 Rescue the weak and the needy;
deliver them from the hand of the wicked.
5 “The ‘gods’ know nothing, they understand nothing.(G)
They walk about in darkness;(H)
all the foundations(I) of the earth are shaken.
