^4 (A)But Nadab and Abihu died in the presence of the Lord when they offered ^[a]strange fire before the Lord in the wilderness of Sinai; and they had no children. So Eleazar and Ithamar served as priests ^[b]in the lifetime of their father Aaron.

³² and ^(A)the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them, their households, and ^(B)all the people who belonged to Korah with all their possessions. ³³ So they and all that belonged to them went down alive to ^[a]Sheol; and the earth closed over them, and they perished from the midst of the assembly.

^49 (A)But those who died by the plague were 14,700 in number, besides those who ^(B)died on account of Korah.
