Romans 6:6-8

⁶ For we know that our old self^[a](A) was crucified with him^(B) so that the body ruled by sin^[b] might be rendered powerless^(C) so that we may no longer be enslaved to sin, ⁷ since a person who has died^(D) is freed^[c] from sin. ⁸ Now if we died with Christ,^(E) we believe that we will also live with him,
