They flow between the mountains;
11 They (B)give drink to every animal of the field;
The (C)wild donkeys quench their thirst.
12 The birds of the sky (D)dwell [b]beside them;
They [c]lift up their voices from among the branches.
13 [d]He (E)waters the mountains from His upper chambers;
(F)The earth is satisfied with the fruit of His works.

14 [e]He causes the (G)grass to grow for the [f]cattle,
And (H)vegetation for the labor of mankind,
So that [g]they may produce [h]food (I)from the earth,
15 And (J)wine, which makes a human heart cheerful,
(K)So that he makes his face gleam with oil,
And [i]food, which (L)sustains a human heart.
16 The trees of the Lord [j]drink their fill,
The cedars of Lebanon which He planted,
17 Where the (M)birds build their nests,
And the (N)stork, whose home is the juniper trees.
