⁶³ But ^(A)Jesus kept silent. ^(B)And the high priest said to Him, “I ^(C)place You under oath by ^(D)the living God, to tell us whether You are the ^[a]Christ, ^(E)the Son of God.”

¹² And while He was being accused by the chief priests and elders, ^(A)He did not offer any answer. ¹³ Then Pilate *said to Him, “Do You not hear how many things they are testifying against You?” ¹⁴ And still ^(B)He did not answer him in regard to even a single ^[a]charge, so the governor was greatly amazed.

^61 (A)But He kept silent and did not offer any answer. ^(B)Again the high priest was questioning Him, and *said to Him, “Are You the ^[a]Christ, the Son of ^[b]the Blessed One?”

⁵ But Jesus ^(A)said nothing further in answer, so Pilate was amazed.

⁹ And he questioned Him ^[a]at some length; but ^(A)He offered him no answer at all.

⁹ and he ^(A)entered the ^[a]Praetorium again and *said to Jesus, “Where are You from?” But ^(B)Jesus gave him no answer.
